Franchisee Terms & Conditions

Minimum 100-sq. ft area required for operations.
Minimum 3-6 computers required for practicals.
High income potential (₹50,000 to ₹1 Lac per month).
Universal Admission: No caste bar, age bar, or income proof required.
Freedom to start with any number of approved syllabus courses.
RGIVTC provides Official Study Material (Student KITs) at nominal cost.
Authorization to provide 3, 6, and 12-month course training (CCA, DCA, DIT, Tally, NTT, etc.).
Approval follows a detailed application review, interview, and physical site verification.

Eligibility Criteria

Must have a minimum 100-sq. ft. commercial space.
Must have minimum 3 to 6 operational computers.
Prior knowledge and experience in the education/tech field is preferred.
Should possess a good public profile and dedication to social upliftment.
Premises must be at an easily accessible location with civic amenities.

Validity & Agreement

Once approved, the RGIVTC Controlling Office will issue an official agreement valid for 5 (Five) years. If pending documentation is not submitted within 7 days of provisional approval, the application will be summarily rejected.

Application Procedure (SOP)

STEP 1

Initiate Contact

Submit your intent to open a center by contacting the official desk at verification@rgivtc.com.

STEP 2

Receive Proposal

The HQ will dispatch a Franchisee Application Form and an official proposal letter outlining the collaboration.

STEP 3

Submit Documents

Submit the completed application with applicant KYC, premises details, hardware inventory, and business plan.

STEP 4

Verification

An official verification process (physical or virtual) of the proposed premises will be conducted within 5-7 days.

Final Approval & Launch

Upon successful verification, an official Approval Letter and Authorization Certificate will be issued to commence operations.
